A while back i made this yummy acorn squash and i never shared it so i wanted to take a second to share it with all you cooks looking for something new.
Basically all you do is cut your Acorn squash in half, and scoop out its insides. Place halves upside down on a baking sheet for about 30 min at 350, remove from oven flip over and fill with butter and apple chunks and continue baking for another 30-60min. You will know it is done when it yields gentle pressure.
Its a great fall meal but winter is good to. 🙂
