Oh my love for Pinterest is ever growing! I have found that while i am addicted to it and wish i had an iphone so i could pin on the go It also keeps me organized and creating! I have pinboards for everything from homeschool, cooking, crafting, to ideas for kids room, clothing, and just random things i loved growing up.  But i also keep a pinboard for the things on my to do list (priority things to make), and now a board for the things i want to cook this week. Once items on are completed on those lists i then move them to their respective completed boards. I have 3 of those (things i’ve cooked, things i’ve made, and Homeschool projects we’ve done). So all this to say that this weekend i went a little pin completing crazy! Are you ready to see what i’ve made?

First up Granola!!!

The Recipe comes from JUST DEANNA. Try its good, simple, and quick!

Here’s what you need to make it:
4 C Quaker Oats
1 1/2 C sliced almonds
1/2 C packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp grd cinnamon
1/4 C cooking oil
1/4 honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 C craisins or raisins(I’m not a huge raisin fan, but I love it with the craisins)

Mix all the dry ingredients in a big bowl. Warm the honey and oil in a saucepan. Once that is thin remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour carefully over the dry ingredients. Mix together with a big spoon and scoop out onto a cookie sheet with non stick spray or I use the bottom of my broiling pan. Bake 300F for 40 mins stirring carefully every 10 mins. Let completely cool (it won’t be crunchy til it cools). Add craisins or raisins and put in an airtight container.
